MEDICAL MARIJUANA CERTIFICATION IN HAWAII

There are 12 different conditions that qualify for a Medical Marijuana Card in Hawaii (aka 329 card). The most common conditions that cards are issued for are chronic pain and PTSD (which can cause things such as insomnia, anxiety, and depression. HAWAII LAW REQUIRES ALL QUALIFIED PATIENTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE MEDICAL CANNABIS REGISTRY PROGRAM. A LICENSED PHYSICIAN OR ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSE MUST ALSO CERTIFY THE HEALTH CONDITION WOULD BENEFIT FROM MEDICAL CANNABIS.

OUR SERVICES, THE COST AND THE SIMPLE PROCESS

1. Call and make an appointment and brief initial screening (808) 699-1225.

2. Log onto your e.hawaii.gov account if you have one, or create an account at https://medmj.ehawaii.gov/ 

(there is a $38.50 application fee you pay to the state of Hawaii).

Under Physician's/APRN's Information enter:

              Tammy McKee

3. Your consultation takes about 15 minutes and the application is sent to the state electronically. (Usually a 1-2 day turnaround from the state with access to your card).
